Thank you for shopping with Bithsha. We are committed to delivering your favorite fashion pieces swiftly, safely, and with the highest level of care. Our Shipping Policy below explains all domestic and international shipping terms to help you understand how your order is processed and delivered.
All domestic orders are dispatched within two to four business days, effective from 24th January 2025. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, operational delays, or seasonal peaks, shipments may take slightly longer to be processed. We request your patience during such times and recommend allowing additional transit time for delivery. Please note that clearance sale items are shipped with a flat fee of ₹350, and express shipping does not apply to these products.
Shipping charges for domestic and international orders are calculated at checkout based on your cart value and delivery location. International shipping rates and available options are dynamically generated during checkout depending on the destination country.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to monitor your delivery status in real time.
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may be imposed by your country’s regulations. These fees are not covered by Bithsha and must be paid by the customer. We recommend reviewing your country’s import policies before placing an international order to avoid unexpected costs.
Bithsha is not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost in transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, you should immediately contact the shipping carrier, retain all packaging materials, and file a claim directly with them for compensation. Our team will support you with any information needed to assist in the claim process.
Please note that prepaid orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they enter the processing queue immediately. Express shipping is not available on clearance or promotional sale items, and delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location, weather conditions, and courier logistics.
