Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All Bithsha orders are dispatched within 2 – 4 business days (effective from 24th January, 2025).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In cases of high order volume or operational delays, your shipment may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery, especially during sale events or seasonal demand.
Note: Clearance sale items are shipped at a flat fee of ₹350. Express shipping does not apply to these items.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your cart value and delivery location.
International shipping charges and options are dynamically calculated during checkout based on destination.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking details.
Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours of shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
Bithsha is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed during or after international shipping. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We advise reviewing your country’s import policy before placing an international order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Bithsha is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit. If you receive a damaged parcel:
- Please contact the shipment carrier immediately.
- Save all packaging material and damaged goods.
- File a claim with the carrier for compensation.
Important Notes:
- Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once placed as they enter processing immediately.
- Express shipping is not applicable on clearance or promotional sale items.
Delivery times may vary slightly based on location, weather conditions, and courier logistics.
