RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Bithsha, we aim to provide you with a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within seven days from the date of delivery. Please review the following terms carefully to ensure your request is eligible.

You may return a product if the request is made within seven days of delivery and the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Returns are not accepted for products that fall under non-returnable categories such as accessories or custom-made items. A return is considered valid when there is a genuine issue such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged or defective product, or a size or fitting problem.

To request a return, log in to your Bithsha account and navigate to the Orders section. Select the item you wish to return and choose the “Request Return” option. You will be asked to select a reason for the return and upload relevant images if required. Once submitted, our team will review your request and arrange a pickup or guide you through the next steps of the return process.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within five to seven business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, whether it is a credit or debit card, UPI, wallet, or bank transfer. For orders placed using Cash on Delivery, the refund will be transferred to your bank account.

If you wish to exchange an item, you may place a new order and return the original product by following the standard return procedure. All exchanges depend on product availability at the time of the request. Please note that certain items, including customized or altered products and products without original packaging or tags, are not eligible for return or refund.

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, it can only be processed through the return policy. Refunds for canceled orders will also be completed within five to seven business days.
