At Bithsha, we want you to have a seamless shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please read the terms below carefully.
Eligibility for Returns
You can return a product if:
✅ The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
✅ The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
✅ The product is not part of a non-returnable category (e.g., accessories, custom-made items).
✅ The return is requested due to a genuine issue such as:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective product
- Size or fitting issue
How to Request a Return
Log in to your Bithsha account and go to the Orders section.
Select the item you want to return and click Request Return.
Choose the reason for return and upload images if required.
Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup or guide you on
the return process.
Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Bank Transfer).
- If the order was paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed to your bank account.
Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange an item, you can place a new order and return the original item following the return process.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
❌ Customized or altered products.
❌ Items without original packaging and tags.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, they must be returned following the return policy.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
