At Bithsha, we want you to have a seamless shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please read the terms below carefully.

• Eligibility for Returns

You can return a product if:

• The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• The product is not part of a non-returnable category (e.g., accessories, custom-made items).
• The return is requested due to a genuine issue such as:
• Wrong item received
• Damaged or defective product
• Size or fitting issue

How to Request a Return

• Log in to your Bithsha account and go to the Orders section.
• Select the item you want to return and click 

Request Return.

• Choose the reason for return and upload images if required.
• Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup or guide you on

  the return process.

Refund Policy

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Bank Transfer).
• If the order was paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed to your bank account.
• Exchange Policy

• If you wish to exchange an item, you can place a new order and return the original item following the return process.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
❌ Customized or altered products.
❌ Items without original packaging and tags.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, they must be returned following the return policy.
• Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
