At Bithsha, we want you to have a seamless shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please read the terms below carefully.
You can return a product if:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The product is not part of a non-returnable category (e.g., accessories, custom-made items).
- The return is requested due to a genuine issue such as:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective product
- Size or fitting issue
How to Request a Return
- Log in to your Bithsha account and go to the Orders section.
- Select the item you want to return and click
Request Return.
- Choose the reason for return and upload images if required.
- Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup or guide you on
the return process.
Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Bank Transfer).
- If the order was paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed to your bank account.
- Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange an item, you can place a new order and return the original item following the return process.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
❌ Customized or altered products.
❌ Items without original packaging and tags.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, they must be returned following the return policy.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
